    I think the points made by Dr. Cacciatore are poignant and this was worth sharing with others. From a Social Work perspective the DMS can be a bit restrictive in the line of work that she does and she explains why this is. I have acutally been looking forward to the release of the DSM, blindly hoping for improvements which would help guide the work we do but this interview definitely challenges me to have a deeper look at the differences and even take a step back to look at previous editions.
